17 killed in truck explosion on way to gold mine A motorcycle collided with a truck on its way to a gold mine in western Ghana. The truck loaded with explosives exploded after the collision. At least 18 people were killed. Many were injured. News AFP

The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center in the town of
