RAB has arrested 3 people including heroin in Tangail, Bangladesh .  RAB-12, CPC-3, Tangail conducted separate operations for 20 (twenty) grams of heroin (valued at approximately Rs. 200,000) and 30 (thirty) liters of domestic distilled liquor (valued at approx.

9,000) and Rs. 1,33,900 (one lakh thirty three thousand nine hundred) in cash for selling drugs and arrested 03 accused. According to RAB,

The operation was carried out by RAB-12, CPC-3, Tangail Company Commander Squadron Leader Mohammad Ilyas Khan on Saturday (June 5) at around 6:30 am on a tip-off.

An expedition team conducted an operation in front of the tinshed Chauchala Basat house of Md. Tota Khan (50), father-deceased Jalal Khan of Teki village in Gorai Rak under Mirzapur police station of Tangail district.

Defendant arrested,

At that time Shahnaz Begum alias Shahana (45), husband- Md. Tota Khan, Sang- Gorai Raker Teki, Thana- Mirzapur, District- Tangail were given 20 (twenty) grams of heroin

(worth about Rs. 200,000) and drug sales cash 1 , 33,900 (one lakh thirty three thousand nine hundred) rupees in handcuffs.

On the other hand, at the same time, Md. Lal Mia (33), a resident of Gaira Betil village

under Mirzapur police station of Tangail district, conducted an operation behind the grocery shop of his father-Md. Meher Ali. Ajay Sarkar (21), father- Nil Mohan Nilu Sarkar and Md. Shamim Mia (22), father- deceased- Farid so

A total of two people, including one named Mia,  arrested. Address of both, Taktarchala, Thana- Sakhipur, District- Tangail. 30 (thirty) liters of distilled liquor, 02 mobile phones and 04 SIM cards  seized from them so.

Interrogation revealed,

When questioned in front of the witnesses, the accused said that they have illegally collecting heroin and distilled liquor for a long time and supplying it to Mirzapur police station and other police stations in Tangail district for sale.

Drug case in Mirzapur police station,

The arrested accused have  supplying heroin and distilled liquor to various drug dealers in the Mirzapur police station area of ​​Tangail district so. Two regular drug cases have filed against the accused at Mirzapur police station in Tangail district so.
