Yaba traders arrested by RAB . Yaba traders and gamblers were arrested by RAB operation. Separate raids by RAB in Sirajganj’s Sadar and Salanga led to the arrest of 06 people, including yaba traders and

gamblers. According to RAB, RAB-12 led by Assistant Superintendent of Police Muhammad Mohiuddin

Miraj, the acting company commander of the special company of the battalion . conducted the operation on Tuesday (April 6) at around 2.30 pm on the basis of secret information.

Yaba traders,

A vigilante team of a special company arrested 04 drug dealers along with 230 pieces of yaba tablets in

an anti-drug operation buying and selling narcotic drugs Yaba tablets at Khalisakura one

Farhadnagar junction under Sadar police station in Sirajganj district.

Four mobile phones used for buying and selling drugs were seized from them.

 

The arrested are, Md. Bhatpiyari Uttar Para village of Sadar upazila of Sirajganj district. Dulal Mandal’s son said. A. Alim (29).(Yaba traders arrested by RAB)

 

Dhanbandi College neighborhood village. Yunus Sheikh’s son said. Mangal Sheikh (34).

North Koddaspara village. Islam Sheikh’s son said. Amir Sheikh (25).
Koddaspara village, the son of the late Wazir Ali. Arun Ali Fakir (24).

 

Against traders,

The arrested drug dealers were handed over to the Sirajganj Sadar Police Station along with the

recovered evidence filing a case under Section 10 (a) of Section 37 (1) of the Narcotics Control Act,

2016.

In a separate operation, RAB-12 led by Assistant Superintendent of Police Muhammad Mohiuddin

Miraj, the acting company commander of the special company of the battalion, conducted the operation on the basis of secret information at around 12 midnight on Tuesday (April 6).

 

A vigilante team of the Special Company conducted an anti-gambling operation at a guest hotel on

Hatikumrul Bogra Road under Salanga Police Station in Sirajganj district and arrested four gamblers

they were gambling.

Also seized from them were 2 packets of cards used for gambling, taka 9,600 in cash (taka 9,600) and 05 mobile phones. (Yaba traders arrested by RAB)

 

Arrested,

The arrested are, Md. Rajapur Purba Para village of Ullapara police station of Sirajganj district. Ganj Ali Pramanik’s son said. Mizanur Rahman (40).

 

Shahjadpur police Andhar Kotapara village Abdul Hamid’s son. Jiban Hossain (42).

Salanga police said Hatipara village. Jalal Uddin Pramanik’s son Md. Jailhawk (32).

Ullapara police station Gaitan village, the son of the deceased Chand Ali. Humayun Kabir (50).

 

Gamblers were handed over to Salanga police station in Sirajganj district along with the

recovered evidence.
